of Service.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services and products.

Ceepla provides custom software development, AI solutions, digital strategy, and consulting services as defined in individual Project Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Clients must provide accurate information, necessary access to systems, and timely feedback as required for project completion. Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays or additional costs.

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all original code, designs, and structural methodologies developed by Ceepla remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients are typically granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

Service fees are outlined in the Project Agreement. Standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges or result in the suspension of ongoing services and maintenance.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the collaboration. This includes trade secrets, technical data, and business strategies. This obligation persists after the termination of the agreement.

Ceepla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts in the Netherlands.
