We built Buddai, an AI-powered knowledge platform that captures the business-critical knowledge locked in key employees' heads and turns it into verified, searchable knowledge cards for the whole team.

Buddai tackles a problem every SME recognises: the knowledge that keeps the business running lives in the heads of a few indispensable people. The platform asks those experts short daily micro-questions — two minutes at a time — and uses AI to convert their answers into structured, verified knowledge cards with source attribution. Colleagues then find answers themselves instead of interrupting the expert, while coverage tracking reveals exactly which knowledge gaps remain. Optional modules extend the core into onboarding, training and testing, process documentation and business Q&A. The result is an organisation that keeps functioning smoothly even when its key people are unavailable.
